The AOK Chat Rules are simple:

Respect all users: No harresment, no racism, homophobia, just treat people with respect

No Flooding the Chat rooms to cause purposeful disruption

How to get Help

If you need help you can do the following:

Join the Help Room and Speak to a Moderator who are always on hand.

Type /join #Opers

Or you can click on a room moderators name and speak to them in private
Moderators are identified by an @ next to their name. E.g. @John_Smith

If you room user is harassing you do the following:

Tell a Moderator ASAP

Type /Silence username e.g. /Silence Joe_Bloggs

The silence command will stop the person talking to you
